B - Rapid Discovery (Organisation‑wide scan) £25,000-£40,000 ex VAT
High impact (~2‑3 weeks) initial discovery covering all main service lines
Collect key documents: service maps, operating stats, workflows, financials,
staffing data, current AI/digital efforts, performance metrics
Run AI agents to surface “low-hanging” opportunities and high friction areas
→ produce a use‑case heatmap of service areas.
C - Focused DaaS Deep Dive £30,000-£60,000 ex VAT
Once you have heat-map, choose 2‑4 service areas for deeper Discovery.
